ANDA Networks Appoints New Financial Executive

SUNNYVALE, Calif. - ANDA Networks, the leader in carrier-class access
platforms for wireline networks and mobile data backhaul applications,
today announced the appointment of Tracy Tang as its new Principal
Accounting Executive. As part of the new appointment, Tang will report
to President and Chief Executive Officer Charles Kenmore, who will
assume interim Chief Financial Officer responsibilities following the
recent departure of former CFO Robert Tick. In her new role, Tang - who
is the current corporate controller - will manage accounting, staff
finance, and other controller-related activities for the company. |
Tang has been with ANDA since 2008 and has been a
certified public accountant, licensed in California, for the past six
years. Prior to ANDA, she held technical accounting roles at Magma
Design Automation, Deloitte (News - Alert) Touche, Sandisk Corporation,
and Telmax Communication Corportion (acquired by Symmetricom). Tang also
has hands-on experience in technical accounting, SEC (News - Alert)
reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley, budgeting and analysis, international
consolidation, cost accounting and general ledger accounting. With the
new appointment, Kenmore will retain prime financial responsibility and
oversee relations with the financial investor and banking community.
Kenmore previously was concurrently CEO and CFO of ANDA Networks (News -
Alert).
