Training Course Description:
This course is intended for engineers, support staff and network
managers requiring a good understanding of the technologies and
procedures required to deploy wireless mesh networks for both
Wireless LAN 802.11 and WiMAX 802.16.
The course examines MESH networking in three core areas:
- Part 1 Architectures
- Part 2 Protocols
- Part 3 Standardisation and Enabling Technologies.
Prerequisites:
An understanding of wireless technologies and IP networks would be an
advantage.
