San Diego, CA -- Trango Broadband Wireless, a manufacturer of long-range
outdoor wireless broadband connectivity equipment, announced the
appointment of Ace Blackburn to the position of Chief Financial
Officer, Senior Vice President and General Council. Mr. Blackburn is
relocating from Florida and will be based at Trango's headquarters in
San Diego, California and will report directly to Z Divjak, President
and CEO. |

"Ace brings to Trango extensive business experience, having served as
a senior executive with nine successful companies in his career," said
Z Divjak. "I've known and worked with Ace since the mid-seventies on
various projects and I'm excited to finally be able to bring him on
board fulltime with Trango as we grow the company, adding new products
and enhancing our global presence. He will be instrumental in
assisting Trango with several strategic initiatives for the new year,
including an increased effort to expand agreements with major world
class companies deploying Trango's current fixed broadband wireless
products, WiMAX-ready equipment and Metropolitan Area Networks in
2006."
Blackburn has broad business management and legal experience, having
worked with 32 of the Fortune 100 companies and currently serves on
the board of directors for seven companies. In addition, he has held
responsibility for companies exceeding $240 million in annual revenues
and has a proven track record growing small to mid-size firms. Mr.
Blackburn graduated from Brown University with a BA in Economics and
received an MBA and JD from the University of Miami.
