of $5 million USD in Proxim Wireless Corporation( www.proxim.com)
(OTCQX:PRXM), a publicly held and leading provider of end-to-end
broadband wireless solutions that deliver quadruple play offerings. SRA
is a software services company and a leading provider of solutions for
4G, WiMAX, LTE Broadband, Wifi, Mobile Devices (smart / cell phones,
PDA) and Wireless Security. |

SRA chose to invest in and partner
with Proxim Wireless for the development of 4G products based on
Proxim's long history of innovation in the broadband wireless access
(BWA) market. The combined wireless hardware and software expertise of
Proxim will help to advance the ongoing development of high
performance,cost effective WiMAX and 4G wireless products, services and
solutions. Dr Rao Papolu, President of SRA OSS said " Proxim Wireless is
