d the West Virginia High Technology Consortium (WVHTC) Foundation annually =

merging law enforcement and corrections technologies=2E The Mock Prison Rio=
t facilitates the "marriage" of technologies and end-users, utilizing the d=
ecommissioned West Virginia Penitentiary in Moundsville for tactical traini=
ng scenarios, technology demonstrations, free workshops, and networking=
=2E

As a wireless, handheld device, the Bloodhound is a safe, legal (Bloodhound=

ective means to monitor and pinpoint unauthorized cell phones within correc=
tional facilities 24 hours a day=2E The complete Bloodhound unit costs $1,8=
00, which is much less than other solutions that may require an entire netw=
ork infrastructure to be installed=2E The device can also be utilized by an=
y government agency or organization that wants to enforce a 'no wireless po=
licy'=2E This can also include schools, hospitals, airliners, etc=2E
